About Antonio Lawn Service
Marco Antonio runs the truck. Two guys with him most days. We've been mowing, planting, and fencing yards in Murfreesboro since 2013 — a few of our standing clients are coming up on their tenth season with us, and a couple have been with us longer than that.
This is the transition zone — tall fescue and Bermuda both grow here, and most folks have one or the other or some of both. We do a late-February pre-emergent on Bermuda, a September overseed on fescue, and a steady weekly cut for everyone else from April through October. Fence install (chain-link, wood privacy, split-rail) and tree planting (oak, maple, dogwood, redbud) are how we fill the back half of the year.
If you're already on the route, we don't go up on price. Thirteen seasons, same number we quoted in 2013 for most of our standing yards.

What we do — Murfreesboro
Mow, fence, plant, mulch, grind. Same crew, every job.
Tall fescue and Bermuda on rotation. Edged, blown, hauled. Forty-five minute average on a quarter-acre Boro lot. Standing weekly slot in our route.
Spring cleanup, fall leaf haul, storm-debris pickup. We don't leave a pile by the curb — it goes in the truck.
Chain-link, wood privacy, and split-rail. Post-set with concrete, line-checked, and squared. Most fence runs land within a week of estimate.
Oak, maple, dogwood, redbud — Middle Tennessee natives that earn their water. Hole dug right, root flare set above grade, mulched but not volcanoed.
Hardwood and pine-bark mulch, 2–3" depth, beds edged before we lay it. Most front-yard beds done in half a day.
Grind down to 6" below grade. Chips back in the hole, dirt on top, seed if you want it. We don't leave a cone for you to mow around.
The route — Murfreesboro
We know which yard floods after a Wednesday-night storm. We know which lots on Cason Trail have St. Augustine creeping into the fescue. We know whose mailbox bumper to mow around in Indian Hills. Thirteen seasons on the same five subdivisions teaches you the ground.
How it works
Address, what you're seeing, what day you're hoping for. Five minutes is enough.
We come out and look at the yard. Mowing, fence run, or tree spot — we measure on the ground.
Number on paper, broken out by line. No verbal-only quotes, no later-surprises.
Standing weekly mow lands within two weeks. Fence or tree jobs usually within a week of estimate.
We don't leave until you've stood in it and signed off. Card or check at the end of the visit.
That’s it. No portals, no logins — a phone call or an email is all it takes.
Representative work — Rutherford County
Four jobs from the last twelve months — one from each of the subdivisions we stand a weekly route in. Mowed, edged, planted, mulched. Nothing fancy. Just the look a yard takes on when the same crew has been on it long enough to know its quirks.

Indian Hills
late May
Standing Tuesday slot — sixth season cutting this yard.

Blackman
fall
60-foot board-on-board wood privacy run — two-day install under an existing oak.

Three Rivers
second spring
Three dogwoods + one redbud — planted last fall, leafed-out and holding.

Westlawn
April
Annual spring mulch + bed edge — half a day, every March or April.
Yours can look like this too. Standing weekly slot, fence run on a Saturday, or a couple of dogwoods in the fall — same crew, same number, same answer all thirteen seasons.
Reviews — Rutherford County
Antonio's been mowing our place in Indian Hills for going on six seasons. Shows up Tuesdays, edges every time, never had to chase a callback.
Price was fair, the work was clean, and he was done in the window he quoted. Put up a 60-foot split-rail along our back line in two days.
Planted three dogwoods and a redbud along our drive last fall. Came back in spring to mulch them in. Everything's leafed out, nothing died.
Honest estimate, showed up when he said. Real artist with the layout — front bed turned out better than we drew it.
Five years in a row he's done our spring cleanup. Hauls every bag — never a pile left at the curb. Worth the standing slot.
